  2. Refund Guarantee Coverage:

If you have followed the above requirements (I-IV) for a money-back guarantee if the WHC product is ineffective and consumed UnoCardio® 1000 + Vitamin D 95% high-purity deep-sea fish oil for three months, and within 10 business days you have undergone a combined blood lipid (cholesterol) test at the same testing institution, and the blood lipid (cholesterol) test report after consuming the fish oil shows no improvement in any of the test results, you can apply for a return and refund according to the procedures outlined in section 3. Return and Refund Application Process.
    II. Application period: within 4 months from the date of purchase.

  4. Money-back guarantee not applicable in the following situations:
    The money-back guarantee will not apply in the following situations:
    • You did not consume UnoCardio® 1000 + Vitamin D Little Princess 95% High Purity Deep Sea Fish Oil as per item I-IV of the WHC Money-Back Guarantee program.
    • You have not provided an initial blood lipid (cholesterol) test report or a physical examination report that does not include a blood lipid test item.
    • In the comparison of the initial blood lipid (cholesterol) test report provided by you and the report after consuming fish oil, there was an improvement in any of the following indicators: total cholesterol, triglycerides, and high-density lipoprotein.
    • You were unable to provide a purchase order number and receipt.
    •WHC's Hong Kong agent, Nature Story Limited, responded that the refund application was invalid (e.g., a refund application due to other personal health conditions).
