Thanks to its r-triglyceride concentration (r’TG), your body will absorb the EPA and DHA fish oils extremely quickly and efficiently. Compared to ethyl esters (a commonly used method to increase the concentration of omega-3 fish oil), and possibly also compared to regular triglycerides and free fatty acids, this unique r-triglyceride form increases the absorption of UnoCardio’s precious fish oil by up to 70 times. Best taken with foods containing olive oil or other fats, such as yogurt.

Directions as a dietary supplement for Children, Adults and Adolescents

Children from 3 to 12 years old take one (1) chewy a day. Adults and Adolescents: take one (1) or two (2) chewy’s a day. The daily dose of EPA+DHA must not exceed 5 g. Soft, easy to take without water.

Adults take one (1) to two (2) softgels a day. Adolescents take one (1) softgel a day, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Best taken with a meal rich in fatty foods such as yoghurt, foods containing olive oil or other fats. The daily serving of EPA+DHA should not exceed 5 g. (For those who cannot swallow softgels: utilize one or two of our UnoCardio® 1000 MINI softgels and pierce it, and squeeze it into applesauce, yogurt, or a food of your choice to obtain the benefits of UnoCardio^® 1000 MINI without suffering the effects of oxidation.)
